Mark your Driveway

Before the season starts we will stake your driveway with our driveway markers. This is for our operators to find the area to be cleared

Email

When the forecast is predicting an accumulation of 5 cm or more, we monitor conditions and send real-time email updates as to when we will launch our fleet.

We launch our fleet

First Pass - We establish the most efficient routes for each of our operators. Our operator will arrive and then will back into your driveway within 16” of the closest vehicle or building and will start to either plow or snow blow. Typically, the first pass is to get everyone out as soon as possible.
Additional clean up passes are provided, as required, once everyone has received a first pass.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Snowfall Limit : While there is no limit to how many times we come, we do have a snowfall season limit of 325 cm. After this limit has been reached, Bayland reserves the right to a prorated surcharge per pass. All customers would receive notice before any surcharge was to be implemented. (Average historical snowfall in North Bay is 300 cm).

  • The snow removal season starts on November 15th and end April 1st.

  • Yes, we have Commercial General Liability insurance.
