Utilizing a mix of loaders and backhoes, as well as plow trucks, we can keep any lot from 1,000 square feet to any multi-acre site clear and accessible throughout North Bay’s harsh winters. We are also equipped for snow removal and hauling off-site if snow piles become an impediment to traffic.

What We Offer & How It Works

Season Begins November 1st | Season Ends April 15th 

We provide snow clearing services based on the selected service package and site specifications. When Service Begins & Response Times 

  • Premium PLUS Package 

    • Plowing—We arrive within 4 hours after the first 2.5 cm of snowfall. 
    • Walkways—Werrive within 4 hours after the first snowfall, no threshold trigger. 

  • Premium Package 

    • Plowing—We arrive within 4 hours after the first 5 cm of snowfall. 
    • Walkways—We arrive within 4 hours after the first 2.5 cm of snowfall. 

  • Standard Package 

    • Plowing—We arrive within 8 hours after the first 5 cm of snowfall. 
    • Walkways—We arrive within 8 hours after the first 5 cm of snowfall. 

If snowfall continues beyond these thresholds, service response time is still calculated from when the chosen package threshold is reached.

Additional passes may be completed as needed depending on weather conditions.

Sanding Options 

  • Sanding Every Event

    • Sand is applied automatically during every service visit. 

  • Sanding À La Carte

    • We monitor for flash freezes and major temperature drops and may schedule precautionary sanding when needed. You can opt in or opt out by replying to our event notification emails. 

  • Sanding By Request

    • Sanding is only done when requested by approved management or the property owner. 

Snow Pile Removal & Snow Pile Relocation 

All snow pile removals and snow pile relocations are considered additional services and will be charged separately. Such services are subject to scheduling and will not be performed on the same day as the request.
